Ron McMillan and Ed Vigluicci are the authors of the “Tennessee Concealed Handgun Carry Permit Online Course.” Ron and Ed are approved by the State of Tennessee’s Department of Safety and Homeland Security as Certified Handgun Instructors and hold certificates by the National Rifle Association as Certified Pistol Instructors as well as Range Safety Officers. Both have taught handgun safety to adults and youth, including members of the Boy Scouts of America, in association with several firing ranges in East Tennessee.
Ron and Ed have taken a sincere interest in the quality of handgun safety training in the State of Tennessee over the last several years. They have met on several occasions with representatives of Department of Safety and Homeland Security’s Handgun Unit to provide instructor input on the Handgun Safety and Carry Training Program and are committed to providing continued support in the future. Ron and Ed are currently associated with Buds Gun Shop and Range in Sevierville, Tennessee as Handgun Safety and Carry Instructors.
